He has particular interest and skills in mediation, dispute & conflict resolution and disciplinary investigations, as well as facilitation and consensus building. He has worked with employers from SMEs to FTSE100 companies in areas such as solving disputes, redundancy and change management, employment contracts and policies.

Andy White is a qualified and experienced leadership and development consultant with substantial skills in psychometric testing, executive & recruitment assessment, leadership training and counselling, as well as executive coaching. He has worked with major private and public clients across the EU and in the Far East.
